With over 12 years of experience in the island’s high-end real estate market, Michael has built a reputation for integrity, precision, and a deep understanding of what discerning clients seek. Juan, with 15 years leading NEGRE Studio, brings a mastery of luxury architecture and design, renowned for creating timeless spaces that are as functional as they are emotionally engaging.
The name Blacksand reflects this partnership: a fusion of Sand, from Sandberg, and Black, the English translation of NEGRE. It represents two distinct strengths — real estate insight and architectural innovation — coming together to create something new, balanced, and extraordinary.
